Mission
Prepares, controls and directs the project in compliance with the financial budget and all the rules relating to human and environmental safety.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental rules and guarantees the quality of project implementation: controls the QHSE procedure, approves the quality plan, ensures compliance with the contract and requirements of the stakeholders, assures that equipment, systems, and components can be constructed without unnecessary delay
- Proposes the project organization: establishes the organization chart, defines the key functions, proposes and/or constitutes the team in possible relation with the project's stakeholders
- Guarantees compliance with local regulations, analyzes the risks inherent in these regulations
- Applies the contract management policy and prepares legal remedies: participates in work meetings, validates work situations, coordinates the drafting of claims, etc.
- Ensures the financial management and cost control of the project by committing to quantified objectives: prepares invoices, reporting, tax returns, organizes management control, monitors contract amendments, etc.
- Leads the executive committee by communicating key information, etc.
- Prepares and manages the schedule by coordinating all the actors: is the driving force
- Is the company's representative and manages customer relations
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
