Emulsion Products, a construction leader for the Fairbanks area is looking for an experienced and self-starting person to process our Accounts Receivable. 

The ideal candidate is able to process a high volume of receivables in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in collections.  You will also be responsible for certain Office Management Functions which require the ability to communicate and work well with others.  Emulsuion Products provides a pleasant work environment along with a highly competitive pay and benefit package.  The company also offers a stable future for you to grow a solid career with an industry leader.




Accounts Receivable/Payroll Responsibilities: 
- Manage all aspects of the AR process from scaling to billing to collection activity.
- Maintain price lists
- Balance ticketing to accounting system
- Deposit checks and maintain files of paid invoices
- Weekly Cash Forecast
- Manage AR accounts and make collection calls
- Maintain open AR Files and mail out monthly statements
- Petty Cash
- Participate in onboarding new hires  
- Compile and code timecards and update payroll spreadsheets 
- Submit certified payrolls to contractors
- Maintain Driver files
- Track training for employees

Scale Responsibilities: 
- Scale trucks and maintain scale processes paperwork
- Keep Scale QC files up to date
- Help customers if they come in office
- Compile BOL’s for additives
- Expedite parts and supplies
- Call customers in regards to deliveries and answer phones 
- Check mail and scan mail to appropriate employee
- Purchase supplies for the office
- Other duties as assigned 


Accounting Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Purchasing and production in the accounting system
- Write purchase orders
- Receive PO’s when appropriate
- Update individual plant sheets
- Journal entries as necessary
