Responsibilities: 

 

This position is a laborer position to work in and around a Aggregate Manufacturing facility.  Candidate must be a team player and safety concious individual.  Our site operates from approximately March to November weather permitting.  Welding and torch cutting experience is a must. Employee must provide their own small tools.  Some equipment experience is ideal for this position as well.

 

    - Maintenance of mobile equipment and plant equipment will be the main priority of this position.

    - Working under the guidance of the Plant superintendant and lead persons will assure great on the job training.

    - Applicant must be a dependable team player with a strong safety and work ethic.

    - Ability to work extended hours during peak season.

 

Job Duties include:  

 

Ground Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance.

 

 

 

Qualifications/ Skills:

            

     - 3 years experience working on mobile equipment.

     - Good interpersonal and teambuilding skills

     - Must have a current and valid driver’s licenses

     - Must have adequate transportation to work

     - Adhere to safety procedures/guidelines at all times

    -  Punctuality, consistent attendance and self-direction for the success of the operations

The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employees must have 20/40 vision, either naturally or with corrective lenses. Hearing should be excellent or corrected by audio device.
