Mission
To manage and optimize adoption and use of the Coupa e-procurement platform within Colas Canada’s procurement admin environment. This role supports item creation, supplier creation and onboarding, catalog management, & Coupa platform administration, ensuring efficient and compliant use across all Colas Canada entities.
Main Responsbilities
Item & Supplier Management
- Support and oversee item master creation and updates in Coupa.
- Support and oversee supplier onboarding, validation, and profile maintenance.
- Monitor Coupa data accuracy and alignment with ERP systems (JDE).
System Administration
- Administer e-procurement platform (Coupa).
- Ensure catalog accuracy, user access control, and workflow configuration.
- Configure and maintain Coupa modules (Source-to-Pay).
- Maintain system settings, manage user roles, permissions, and approval workflows.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate Coupa updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance and Operations to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs.
- Monitor system usage, compliance, and adoption metrics.
- Provide insights to support sourcing, spend analysis, and audit readiness.
User Support & Training
- Train internal users and suppliers on Coupa functionality and best practices.
- Trouble-shoot and resolve Coupa-related issues.
- Create and maintain Coupa user guides and SOPs.
Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to further streamline Coupa workflows and task automation.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to improve system integration and data flow.
- Ensure alignment with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Coupa, JDE, SAP, HRIS, & ticketing platforms.
- Experience in a Shared Services or centralized procurement admin environment.
- Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and performance tracking.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Additional Information on the position
Salary range: $84,000 - 98,000 CAD per year.
This is a new position.
