Primary Job Function     
Responsible for concrete sales and marketing activities withing assigned region or area
Essential Duties & Responsibilities              
1. Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.        
2. Present and sell concrete products to current and potential clients        
3. Identify new markets and target specific accounts and prospects        
4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity        
5. Present verbal quotes to routine customers and prepare formal quotes to larger contractors        
6. Review and discuss proposals and sales contracts        
7. Make presentation of proposals to contractors        
8. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge        
9. Identify and resolve client concerns        
10. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with customers and operations        
11. Schedule delivery times with batch plant         
12. Act as job or project manager, when necessary        
13. Communicate with Quality Control personnel to ensure product meets specific requirement of customer        
14. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows on occasion        
15. Complete status reports when requested        
16. All other duties as deemed necessary or assigned
1. Min (3) years prior sales experience, preferred construction    
2. Knowledge of concrete product   
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills   
4. Willingness to work flexible hours       
5. Willingness to accept significant local travel
6. Valid drivers license with (0 or + points on license)


Work Environment/Conditions        
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to:        
moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration.        
The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions;
