Compensation

$125,000- $165,000

Mission

Supervises the completion of responses to calls for tenders within his/her scope and monitors customer relations. Guarantees the quality of the studies and the conformity of the response files to calls for tenders. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitors current and future projects

  • Participates in the targeting and selection of calls for tenders with the Operational Unit Manager

  • Schedules studies according to the establishment's priorities

  • Coordinates the successful execution of the studies with the employees concerned

  • Directs the technical and financial optimizations of the project, the offer strategy and the risks and opportunities

  • Validates and ensures the editorial quality of the technical files with the competent departments of the territory

  • Controls the monitoring of the file until signing of the contract: technical and financial negotiations, dunning, etc.

  • Ensures or supervises the signing of the successful files to the Operations

  • Ensures a sales relationship with customers, partners and suppliers

  • Promotes relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalise on feedback.

  • Manages a Design Office team

Profile

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience

  • With a significant experience in the Studies or Operation/Projects sector
