Minimum Qualifications

Day in the life
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering, screening, and transferring inbound phone calls, receiving and directing visitors and clients, performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing, operating scales and scale software, completing daily scale house and inventory reports, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in using office equipment and software, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
