Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of road construction principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret road construction plan drawings and contract documents
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
- Post secondary education in business or engineering, or equivalent relevant field experience in construction
Day in the life:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with overall project performance including monitoring and controlling costs, schedule, quality, and project status. This involves supporting operations of the projects and maintaining positive relationships with the crews, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Your days will revolve around reviewing key project milestones and resolving any urgent issues. The overarching objective of your role will be to ensure meeting strict deadlines while maintain high standards of the project and client satisfaction.

• Various road and pavement reconstruction projects for the Province of NS, Municipalities and Airports.
