Mission
- Carries out manual tasks which contribute to the carrying out of the project for their professional specialty (road, pipelines, rail, etc.) in observance of the safety guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
- Applies the safety guidelines including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Carries out the work based on precise directives from their supervisors.
- Prepares the tools, the materials, necessary for the building of the structure and the workspace.
- Makes procurements for the construction site if necessary.
- Transports and stores equipment.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the construction site.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED an asset
- Valid class 5 drivers license with a recent commercial drivers abstract
- Must own a reliable transportation (no public transit in Acheson)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform manual labour at times (ability to lift up to 25 kg/ 50 lbs)
- Construction experience is an asset but not necessary
- Experience with safety regulations and safe practices is an asset
- Ability to work in uncertain outdoor conditions
- Ability to work overtime hours
- Ability to comply with our Drug and Alcohol Policy, including a no tolerance policy on Cannabis use
Total Compensation
- Salary starting at $20.10 per hour, paid weekly. Salary is negotiable based on level of experience.
