As a Financial Analyst, You Will:

  • Assist in month end closing and account reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget, analyze trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas
  • Assist in business unit cash flow forecasting
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required
  • Analyze and conduct research in financial and expense performance
  • Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested
  • Consult with responsible personnel as necessary to determine causes of variances, recommend corrective action and prepare variance explanations for management
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex financial issues and provide recommendations for policies, controls or action
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

What You Will Bring?

  • Degree in accounting, finance or business and 3+ years’ relevant experience FP&A, creating and analyzing financial reports in a large organization
  • Experience working with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access etc.
