Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field
- 1-2 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel
Preferred Qualification
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. JDEdwards, OnBase) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Action-oriented approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Quick learner who can efficiently grasp new concepts and processes.
Day in the Life
As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate financial records, as well as managing accounts receivable by updating records and issuing invoices. You will also prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports, record payments received, and ensure timely updates to customer accounts. Additionally, you will be communicating with customers to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
