Mission

Rolls out the training policy by ensuring the development of employees' skills and the transmission of knowledge within the Group.  
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Designs the Training plan and programs: advises managers and employees about their training needs, identifies and anticipates changes in business

  • Implements the Training Plan and guarantees its execution: ensures the organization of training actions, re-adapts the plan according to the context, develops training courses, curriculum, or materials, and delivers and evaluates trainings sessions. Coordinates guest trainers or subject matters experts (SMEs)

  • Manages relations with professional and institutional training partners: watches the market for training service providers (digital, face-to-face, etc.), selects organizations that meet training requirements, etc.

  • Monitors the training plan budget: seeks out and optimizes funding from collecting organizations, ensures the reliability of computerized training data, ensures reporting, etc.

  • Implements the skills management and development policy

  • If management: recruits, manages, organizes, supports and trains his/her team. 

Profile

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
