Job Summary
Develops and adapts the strategy on his/her scope consistent with the policies defined by the Management in the Commercial, Financial, Technical and Social fields in order to ensure the performance of his/her establishment.
Additional Responsibilities
Monthly: (To be done and finalized every month or as per accountings request received by email)
- Inventory control with Emulsion & PMA managers.
- Compile and close out monthly inventory for Emulsion and PMA, liaise with Finance on final inventory and dispute any variance or changes in inventory.
Yearend: (Includes winter work)
- Procuring quotations for capex expenditures & retrieving invoicing for such Quotes
- Creating purchase orders for such expenditures to take place and ordering of equipment or other for business activities to carry on. (Daily, weekly, Monthly as required)
- Contact with Suppliers on supply of equipment or other for ongoing and new project.
- Analysis previous season and work on improvements for future seasons
- Working on improvement of documentation with QA/QC.
- Sourcing new drivers for local and long distance hauls
- Training – ongoing
- Presentation on possible safety improvement
- Updating Parts for Fleets (Distributors / Haulers, tankers) maintenance
- Building Key performance index for Emulsion and PMA facilities for 2022 (will give indication on energy consumption moving froward for our facility)
- Analysis on production, storage and improvement for future.
Education
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 6-7 years of relevant work experience.
