Purpose of the Role

Carnsew Quarry (part of the Colas Ltd Group) is a quarrying business based near Falmouth, in Cornwall. We now have a permanent requirement for an Administrator to join a dedicated and hardworking team. This role is office hours and we would request a 6.00am start for ONLY 4 weeks of the year, when you cover the weighbridge controller's holidays.

Main Responsibilities

As Administrator you will work closely with all team members, from operators to management. The Administration role is to meet and greet visitors, receive telephone calls and sort and distribute the post. There will a section of admin tasks from updating Excel spreadsheets (not advanced level) to the data processing on to the in house database. The administration role also requires filing, photocopying, sending of mail or fax, etc.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in the role of administrator you will have worked in administrative role previously, have good communication skills, be organised and be computer literate.
 

Compensation Data
