Mission

Within the Enterprise Architecture Department of COLAS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, you will ensure that the technical and technological choices of IT and business projects comply with the organization's security strategy.

To do this, you will constitute the technical security authority on enterprise IS architectures, define security models and support the development of architectures, in line with the IT strategy and security policies of the organization.

You will work in an international context with the IT, Business and Architecture teams of the COLAS group internationally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategy for IS security architectures in line with the business strategy, the security objectives resulting from risk analysis and the company's overall security strategy.
  • Develop and apply reference models for architectures.
  • Regularly review existing architectures, identify gaps and make recommendations for improving security when creating roadmaps; contribute to the definition and evolution of the reference framework.
  • Define the development plans for cyber security technical capabilities to support the implementation of the technical and functional strategy while respecting security and risk management policies.
  • Instruct the IS architecture aspects in the opportunity/framing phases of construction or evolution of cyber security capabilities, ensure in the following phases a role of reference architect. • Advise on the choice of technical or functional solutions and recommend secure architectures for IS to maximize their use with operational teams.
  • Contribute to the increase in IS security maturity among technical and functional architects in IT teams.
  • Ensure technological monitoring of the market and contribute to the integration of innovation within the IS.
  • Evangelize enterprise security architectures with other technical and non-technical functions.

Profile

  • You have a BAC+5 degree, ideally in IT with a cyber specialization and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or at least 6 years in a cyber architect role.
  • You have mastered the fundamentals in the main areas of information systems security, as well as the security solutions on the market.
  • You have mastered the information system, urbanization and IS architecture. In particular, you have mastered the Azure, AWS and GCP Cloud environments.
  • You are familiar with the legislation, norms and international standards in the field of cyber security: ISO 2700X standards, NIST framework, Data Privacy regulations, best practice guides from ANSII/ENISA/CISA/… agencies, NIS directive, etc.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good level of written or oral communication, in French and English.
  • You have a great ability to work in a team, to communicate, to share your knowledge.
  • You are autonomous in your role, and bring a clear vision of your activity to your management.
